Jen Lewis is an ADHD Specialist and Coach dedicated to helping individuals understand their unique brains and develop practical strategies that work with the ADHD system. She also focuses on emotional regulation, a common challenge for ADHDers.
Jen’s journey includes childhood adversity, ups and downs as a young adult, a highly successful career, and eventual burnout and auto-immune disease—just as she was navigating her youngest child’s undiagnosed ADHD and ODD while also living with undiagnosed ADHD herself.
Using her expertise in coaching, mindfulness, and neuroscience, Jen experimented with ways to manage stress and her auto-immune condition without lifelong medication, which had made her feel worse. She then guided her son from the verge of expulsion to being recognized for his leadership and compassion. She applies strength-based psychology and radical acceptance to help others reduce unnecessary stress and thrive.
Jen has a deep interest in the overlap of ADHD and trauma, particularly Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD), and works extensively in this area through client sessions and community workshops. In short, she helps transform challenges into strengths, using seemingly negative experiences as a foundation for growth and change.
Jen holds a master's in commerce and is an ICF & ADDCA-accredited executive and ADHD coach. With expertise in neuroscience, neurodiversity, trauma, and coaching, she teaches life skills for cognitive, emotional, and nervous system regulation through individual and group coaching.
